An excellent, advanced Java text for developers
It is well-written and well-organized, and goes deeper than just a surface discussion; it is better written, more comprehensive, and more practical than Sridharan's Advanced Java Networking. This is the best Java book I've read yet. In fact, the authors take the reader through the process of creating a full-fleged shared whiteboard and chat tool.

If you are developing an advanced networking Java project, you will find this book enjoyable and useful.
