GET THIS BOOK!
I took both tests on a Thursday afternoon and PASSED both exams. I studied Access and Word Expert for 3 days. I have Excel Expert and PowerPoint exams left to reach my Master Certification. This book will prepare you for the Microsoft Office 2003 Specialist exams.
Great review for MOS test 
If you don't know anything about the programs I would suggest getting the step by step books for each program. This book gives you a step by step review. Great book, very helpful.
