As a long-time computer consultant for Mac users, my first advice to clients is to buy the Robin Williams books on the subjects they are learning. No one writes better "How To Use It" books than Robin Williams, and this book is no exception.
The Little Mac Book Tiger Edition is simple, to the point and well organized. Robin is a great teacher as well as a hat lover.
