The Perfect Guide to Spring
Is well written and organized. This is a fantastic voyage to the realm of Spring Framework. The author describe in a simple way the architecture and main features of the framework. Excellent Book!!!!.
Excellent and well paced overview
I like the format and the flow, the language is very clear and coincise. I prefer this book over Pro Spring because it is shorter and still packed with lots of easily digestable information on how to build Spring apps. I am getting wary of 700+ page plus books, and this one hits the right medium. Five stars.
Spring is awesome
There are also a number of books from Rod Johnson (primary developer of Spring and "expert one-on-one" author) such as Expert One-on-One J2EE Development without EJB. This appears to be one of the best books on Spring I've found.
