Can't get sample source code
In addition, I can't contact auther for this. I failed to get the example source codes listed in the book by following the exact instructions of the book.

Unsupported book :(
Most examples are based on a commercial package (TicleMan). The accompanying web site is unreachable.

Very good book, Examples cannot be reached
But you cannot get the examples with the provided username and password. I believe this book deserves a 5 stars rating. This means wasting time which avoiding it is the reason for buying this book from the beginning.
