This book helped us address the fundamental areas to focus our attention on from the beginning. I have read a number of Intranet books. If you use the Netscape products or are a solution provider developing Intranets, this book is a must have. It is to the point, easy to read, and makes sense. It validates what a good Intranet methodology should look like and helps define the plan to make it happen. We've ordered this book for all our Intranet consultants. If you develop Intranets based around the Netscape technologies, you would be insane to not get this book.
